Together We Stand

Special Thanks to John @ Together We Stand for his dedication to offering the BFC and the Bluegrass Association of South Florida a space to play music every week/month.

Together We Stand offers field trips for school groups, workshops for the community, and other learning opportunities for the community in the area of farming (aquaponics, hydroponics, and more!) They also host community events to promote creativity, music and health and wellness.

Guitars for Vets

Helping Vets cope with PTSD through Music

Veterans shouldn’t have to face the challenges of PTSD in silence or alone. Through the teamwork and camaraderie of Guitars for Vets, they can join a community where they learn to play the guitar and find solace in the songs they love as well as the songs they have yet to write.

Our Mission is to improve the community by healing with the help of the horse, promoting independence for at-risk youth, special needs people and disabled veterans, educating through mentoring the next generation, and providing quality hands-on learning opportunities that facilitate community involvement through successful and meaningful volunteer experiences.
